Water heater switch keeps tripping in Norden

Job description:The switch to the hot water tank keeps tripping when I try to switch it on. The tank is leaking also but NOT onto the switch. A specialist that could fix both is required. I may also require quotes for new lighting and storage heaters to be fitted. Model is the Horstmann Electronic 7 Maxistore
