Job description:Work Required Upgrade existing Crabtree Consumer unit to add RCD protection to all circuits by adding 6 @ RCBO devices. Replace disconnected section of upstairs socket ring running between socket by in bedroom and socket on 2nd floor landing. Replace/repair gnawed lighting cables in cable in 2nd floor loft A NICEIC Installation Certificate is provided and where required the work registered with Building Control at the Borough Council. Assumptions Access to property available during normal weekday working hours ? Existing electrical installation is in good order and meets current regulations except where stated otherwise or being replaced. Customer dealing with rodent problem ? Assumes clear access to all rodent gnawed calling in side loft. Possibility that may need to make additional holes in the wall to get to problem cabling. These holes will require patching but redecoration will be conducted by property owner. Rodents haven’t eaten cables elsewhere too – being checked with rodent expert!
