Job description:New CU (pref MK, can be supplied from screwfix as a high integrity 10 way, but advice is welcome). Commissioning of a pre routed 10mm2 shower cable into supplied isolator and shower. Connection of a new double socket, cooker socket and cooker connection in kitchen (backing boxes will already be in place, most cooker cable already routed for boarding/plastering reasons, channels in place for sockets) Installation of linked mains smoke alarms and remote (Aico Ei160 type – supplied) Check and Test that the house is electrically safe. Existing wiring is late 60s (grey with red/black/green sleeve). All mainly Part P stuff.
