Lights tripping, fuse box reset, bulbs chngd & blew. HELP ASAP!!! in Thurcroft

Job description:The lights are tripping in one half of the building. A bulb was changed and the switch on the fuse box reset and the bulb blew straight away (& the switch on the box came down again). This is the premises Treeton Partnership (Charity) have recently taken over from RMBC. We need the work carrying out in the next 10 days as we are having a lauch event for our new social enterprise very soon.
