Job description:Recently bought house. Electrical system needs to be checked to ensure all is well & landlord's certificate may be issued. Want to ask about some small jobs that need sorting. -Outside light is on the blink, would also like to change 2 light fittings in hall so the bulbs can be easily replaced. (They seem to have a square fitting at pres.) Also want to enquire about fitting outside light at rear of house. Think conduit is already there.
