Storage heater not working, could be switch/wiring problem in Broomhill

Job description:Storage heater now not working. Strange smell in room in early morning a few days ago, seemed to be from near heater. Heater still worked fine for a couple of days but is now cold. Mains switch on wall won't switch off, in hindsight smell could have been from switch as it didn't seem to be the heater. Need this fixing urgently due to cold weather. Hopefully a problem with the switch, realise cost will be higher if it is the heater itself.
