Few amends to existing work, inspect & check work done , issue Part P in Burngreave

Job description:Recently had downlighters, extractor fan, double sockets, outside light, illuminated bathroom mirror installed in a new extension which comprises of 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom, 1 hallway and an area which was the old bathroom space. The electrician was not Part P qualified so I need someone with those qualifications to come and amend a few bits e.g. bathroom fan comes on when the light is switched on and I would like it to work from a pull switch. The hall lights can be switched on at 3 separate points but each one puts all the lights on. I would like it to work so that each switch operates specific lights. Replace a back box for a double socket. Wire up 2 ariel points. Outside light has been installed with the wire showing, I'd like it wired so the wire does not show. Fuse needs putting in for the mirror and I'd like a light in the new loft space. All work then needs checking and a Part P Certificate needs issuing so that building inspectors can do the final check and sign off the work. Please don't reply to this if you have no intention of coming to quote, as I've already had one company do this to me.
