Electric heater and aerial in Central

Job description:Firstly - My main heat source in my flat is an electric heater-suddenly stopped working one day. Initially thought it was on some crazy timer, but have had a play around with and can't work it out. Now i'm thinking maybe a loose wire /connection?? Secondly - tv aerial looks like it has been broken by prevous owner-currently all taped together, would like to get it sorted out. 2 quite small jobs, but would like to kill 2 birds with one stone if poss. All internal. Thanks
