Job description:Supply & install gas central heating system & shower for 4 bedroom house including SEDBUK A rated combination boiler, to be located in attached garage. Disconnect & recover existing warm air unit, hot water cylinder, & cold water tank. Conform to all statutory & BSI requirements & provide appropriate certificates/ guarantees. British Gas surveyed the property 3 years ago & recommended: a) BG RD542i boiler (has a SEDBUK "A" rated, CH Output of 30kwh, & a max flow rate of 15 litres/minute). b) 10 radiators - type Stelrad Elite (p+) c) 1 Myson Kickspace Fan convector 500 in kitchen (Note 1) d) Various pipework, insulation, electrical connections, radiator valves, 2 port zone valve, thermostat & intelligent controls e) MIRAS Excel (ev) chrome shower (Note 2) f) Mini presure expansion vessel g) Small asbestos bags pack h) Install ME bonding i) Electrical & mechanical supp bonding j) 100mmCondensefit Mk2 standard k) Minor building work l) Connect boiler electrics & test. Although I appreciate that you may recommend some variations to BG's proposal, I hope that the above gives you a rough indication of the system & work required. IMPORTANT NOTES Note 1 ? An ordinary radiator may suffice as more space is now available. Note 2 - Doesn't need to be a POWER shower. Note 3 - Anyone who is NOT prepared to carefully lift & refix carpets & floorboards where required need not apply!
