Broken Ring Circuit needs fixing in Hillsborough

Job description:I've just had an electrical inspection and new consumer unit. The work has revealed more work needed: apparently the sockets ring is "broken somewhere" and only acting as a radial, hence can only have a 16A fuse. I'd like to have a proper ring with 32A fuse. I need: (a) initial investigation to confirm this, and (b) a quote on fixing it. It's a 1900s terrace.
