Plan to dig a small fish pond and need external power cable for pump in Cippenham Meadows

Job description:There is no external power point on the house but I plan to dig a pond this summer and want a small waterfall so will need a pump. Need someone to set up an external waterproof power supply, there is an internal power point in a suitable place so maybe a wire could be taken from there? I only need the power point installed, I'll dig the trench to bury the wire.
