Job description:I have replaced bulbs and there are two switches to activate the lights a dimmer and normal switch. Lights not coming on. Other lights come on which are off the same fuse on the ground floor. To diagnose and replace either switch or Lighting. 6 bulb ikea unit. Job to be done preferably on Sat anytime or Friday evening.
