All appliances do not work - the fuse box switch wont come back on in St Pauls

Job description:The fuse box switch for kitchen appliances switched off automatically and at the same time the kitchen appliances turned off. I have tried turning off all the appliance switches but I cant switch the fuse box switch back. It makes a sharp sound when I try to flick it back up.
