Kitchen rewire to be done in Central Southsea

Job description:Rewire of ring in a galley kitchen about 6'x 15' with gas cooker and usuall appliance. (elec cooker on its own spur from fuse box). Present wiring runs in concrete floor and I think PVC has rotted creating a 'short'. MCB trips out when power used. Evidence of spur off a spur powering combi. Possible extra or separate job replacing the existing fuse box to suit '2up 2 down'.
