Bathroom lights and extractor fan in St Andrews

Job description:The bathroom is fairly new, with inset halogen lights plus small blue lights around the bath. The main hologen lights have stopped working. I have recently moved into the property and structural survey suggested that the bathroom was in need of an extractor fan. I believe that condensation problems could be the cause of the failure of the halogen light system. Looking for someone to fit the extractor fan and repair the halogen light system.
