Job description:1 ground floor + 1st floor lights need re-wiring as the lighting cable doesn't have an earth. 2 sockets are fine and shower recetnly installed. 3 distribution board needs upgrading to provide more circuits and to include an RCD. 4 all circuits need to be tested and some put on their own circuit breaker. 5 the meter tails need upgrading to a min 16mm with a 10mm main earth. 6. the gas and water services need to be bonded at source with a 10mm earth. 7 it is a 1960's 3 bedroom semi.
