DIMPLEX Storage Radiator XLS18 - Cold in Belmont

Job description:Was working fine 6 months ago, not used since. Have done usual 2/3 day reset still no heat. Note that wall switch light in on position is not lit. Could this be the thermal reset sensor cut out or something else? or does switch only show when fully working?. Need someone familiar with this issue.
