Job description:The fitting of an extractor fan into an upstairs bathroom. The bathroom is located in a brick built extension. The fan is to be fitted into the back wall of the extension. The fan will be located in zone 1 above the bath. A 100mm diameter hole will need to be drilled. A suitable extractor fan will need to be fitted and wired in. There is easy access from within the bathroom (standing in the bath) and from outside in the garden.
