Job description:we have recently had a complete new bathroom installation and are having serious problems with the downlighters as they keep falling out of the ceiling. The firm who did the work have failed to return to rectify the problem even though they promised to do so.I am therefore looking for someone to come and look at the problem and se what can be done to put it right
