Change Light Fittings in Bethnal Green North

Job description:The last owners of our flat fitted strings of spot lights across three of the rooms that are connected at the wall. We would like to have these removed and replaced with a more traditional central ceiling fitting. The circular casings for the central ceiling fittings are still there, but we can't tell whether they are still connected. There is also a fuse box cupboard area and we would like our electrician to take a look at it and remove any redundant boxes and tidy up the wiring a little. Thanks in advance.
