Job description:Houswe purchase survey advised damaged and exposed electrical fittings.Wiring and fittings a micture of ages suggesting partial reqiring in the past, number of damaged sockets. Electrical supply extended to sockets outlets a d lighting including into the garage. Exposed electrical wiring in the rear garden area . Electricity cables buried under the insulation in the roof space which I have been advised a fire hazzard.
