Job description:Upgrade house wiring: - Supply & fit 10 way split load board. - upgrade earthing arrangements for electricity, gas & water supplies. - replace two-wire lighting circuits with three-wire [existing cabling appears to be in conduit] - replace majority of ceiling roses & light switches. - replace majority of single-way wall sockets with two-way. - Safety certification on completion. Work is required as a pre-cursor to a kitchen makeover. 'Budget' selected is only a wild guess to keep the computer happy!
