Job description:Internal work (1) plug needs fitting (attachedc to water heater - specific switch needed) (2) old thermostat from old radiator heating system (still alive needs removing 3)one kitchen light shorts - used to flash on and off and now simply off (not a matter of replacing bulb in case thats the first question!)
