Job description:Potential rewire, and certification of a 1 bedroom all electric flat with storage heaters, electric shower, cooker point, lights, new fuse board, hardwired smoke alarms. Rooms: lounge, kitchen, bathroom, hallway, bedroom. This is a first floor flat with neighborours under over and both sides and is in a private development. Certification has to be suitable for rental purposes. We are looking for quotes in the next 7 days and work to start ASAP as the flat is unoccupied. Many thanks.
