Job description:Have just bought 3 Story old house, with visibly old wiring. Would like it rewired ( I intend to live in this property for 20 odd years - so might as well sort it before we get in ) To include : Chasing the channels into the walls Removing old wiring New consumer unit New ring mains on each floor for lighting and sockets. (Then made safe, as I don't intend to replaster till I've got all the wood chip off room by room )
