Job description:1950's extended semi, last fully rewired 1970s, partial rewire 1987 when extension built. Now requires complete rewire including additional sockets. Some wiring previously trunked now needs to be chased into the walls. All internal apart from 1 weatherproof external double socket. Total 12 rooms incl garage (5 bed, bath, landing/stairs, 2 recep, kitchen, utility room & garage. approx 30 double sockets + lighting throughout. Also wiring to combi-boiler etc.
