Rewiring house in Guildhall

Job description:Whilst the plaster in the downstairs of my house ins being removed to repair the failed damp proof course I would like the house re-wiring. Downstairs - lounge, kitchen, bathroom plus staircase and 2 upstairs bedrooms. Require 3 double outlets in lounge, 3 in kitchen, plus single each for dishawsher and washing machine, plus wiring for oven, hob and extractor fan. Need bathroom extractor fan replacing. No plastering required in lounge or kitchen. Require three double sockets in main bedroom, and a further 1 or 2 in the small bedroom. All light fittings to be inspected, master bedroom does not work. New light put in the loft. Electric metre moved from floor to ceiling height if allowed to do so?
