Laying of new laminate floor in Ladywood

Job description:Our old laminate flooring is scratched and needs replacing. I'm getting new flooring and am looking for an expert to fit the laminate in my open plan kitchen/living room and a very small hallway. I want the laminate to go under exsisting skirting and do not want the ugly trim around the permeter. if it makes it cheaper I can remove the exsisting flooring and make sure the new flooring is on site ready for laying. The exsisting floor base is concrete and is in excellent condition.
