Job description:4 bed house inc of a loft conversion. 2 receptions - suspect the second reception may have concrete floor (extension in the 70s). Stairs, downstairs hallway and upstairs landing - some repair of floorboards is likely, there is a problem on the landing that I know about, the rest is under 70s carpet! room dimensions are: Room dimensions are: Lounge: 26’2 (into bay) x 10’7 Dining room (although likely concrete floor): 18’9 x 11’ Bedroom: 14’1 (into bay) x 10’8 Bedroom: 10’9 x 8’9 Bedroom: 7’8 x 7’1 Loft: 15’ x 14’ (partially 7’8) measurements into eaves Please e-mail me if you need more details - I live in Hampshire so access to the property is difficult at the current time. I will be travelling up in the next few weeks to get access for full quoting purposes but a rough estimate at this stage would be helpful for budgeting. thank you.
