Need independant review in Farnworth

Job description:Ihave had a carpet fitted on the landing by a professional company, however i am not at all satisfied with it, it is all ruffled up, when i contacted they company they told me that there was nothing wrong with it it is my floor, my other carpet never did this, they have advised me to get an independant fitter to come out and take a look at the work and give me a report which i can then forward on to them, as they say that there is nothing wrong with it, please help
