Levelling a concrete floor and laying large slate tiles over electric heat mats in Turton

Job description:I am having a new kitchen fitted and whilst the room is bare and free of floor coverings, skitings etc, I wish to have it levelled (the room was extended in 2 stages in early 70s and late 70s and the early floor dips to form a step to the newer floor of about 7mm. I have 400 x 600mm slate flooring to be laid over electric heat mats which I will have wired in later. The total floor area is about 18m sq and includes a walk in cupboard downstairs wc and small utility room. I will have the are clear and doors off. If anyone would like to price please get in touch.
