Job description:Im after a rough estimate (including all labour and all materials etc) on the cost of fitting laminate flooring to our downstairs (semi detached house). There are 2 rooms and a small passage which are all connected. Total area is approx 28.5 meteres square. The type of laminate flooring depends on the cost - would be useful to know the cheapest type and also how much for the real wood layer on the top laminate flooring
