Real oak floorboard fitting in Queen's Park

Job description:I have solid oak flooring which needs to be laid: 1. Hallway and small toilet (currently ceramic tiles) 2. Longe 3. Kitchen Diner (currently ceramic tiles) 4. Lean to play area 5. Small hallway 6. Two double and one single bedroom I have already purchased the wood and would need collecting. The floors are concrete except where stated and all carpets would be removed and the property empty. Pleawe advise if your quote includes: - VAT - all adhesive - beading - removal of tiled floor areas I don't have the exact floor measurements at present as new purchase but a guideline fitting fee per sq ft would help. It is a ground floor flat. I really need to keep costs down as have a limited budget with a lot that needs doing (like most people!) but a professional timely job is just as important to me.
