Job description:Require a floor fitter/joiner to screw down any loose floorboards, install wood fibreboard underlay, wooden laminate flooring and scotia trims / door trims / radiator pipe trims in our living room and understairs storage area. The living room is approx 4x4 metres and the understairs storage area is approx 1m x 1.5m. All on the ground floor with easy access to the main door. There are 3 doors to the room, 1 radiator, and 1 fireplace. The room will be prepared for fitting with furniture removed. All materials to do the job will be provided (flooring, edging and underlay), however we do not have any tools for fitting so the installer will have to supply their own. Looking for a price to complete the job as soon as possible. We are flexible on days and times.
