Job description:I'd like Amtico Spacia flooring fitted in my bathroom, lounge and bedroom (I will provide Spacia). I have had the area measured and it is 27.59m2. The floor is currently covered in lino (bathroom) and laminate (lounge & kitchen) which will need taking up and disposing of. The underfloor is chipboard so I have been advised that plywood will need to go on top of this before the Spacia to make it lie smooth. if you have any questions, please ask.
