Job description:FLOOR BOUNCING AND SOUND PROOFING> This job is in Brighton. Floor is bouncing. neighbour complains of noise. I want it sound proofed and the movement stopped. I intend to lay carpet on top in the short term and laminate later so want it prepared for the later. I dont know the cost of the job at the moment so want to receive some quotes and then the work to commence asap.
