Job description:I'm looking to have my living room floor boards sanded but need it to be sealed as well and maybe some kind of sound barrier to avoid as much noise as possible to the flat below. I've had my other rooms sanded but there are gaps and an uneven floor board in hall, l need this looking at as well. Living room is 3750 x 4050
