Sanding wooden floors in 2 rooms in St Peter's and North Laine

Job description:We have 2 wooden floors that need sanding down. One is old and needs some preparation (such as hammering in nails and fixing the odd loose bit) before sanding. The other is less than 20 years old and ready to be sanded immediately. The room with the older floor is 3.5m x 3.5m and the other room with the newer floor is 4.2m x 3.2m We would like to have a quote for the sanding alone as well as a quote for varnishing. All of the skirting boards and radiators have been removed in both rooms. Ideally we would like to have the work done as soon as possible
