Job description:2 rooms Kitchen - take up laminate flooring and lay either good quality laminate or lino. Quality of floor under existing laminate not known. Room size approx 13ft x 8ft Dining room - currently has exposed floor boards but large gaps between boards causing draughts. Need quotes to either fill gaps between existing boards/ re-lay boards or lay top quality laminate/real wood floor. Room size approx 10ftx12ft
