Job description:0.7m width Axminster runner when stair was painted. Now requires to be relayed. Has been cleaned, needs new underlay and some creative ideas to move wear area off some step zones. Key provided giving access to the communal stair when working on the job. Assume cocst will be mostly labour. All materials required will be budgeted for.
