Job description:to lay a new floor in the lounge consisting of imitation wood planks previously selected and bought by home owner. current carpet can be removed by owners prior to start of work. very approx size is 25 x15 feet with alcoves etc. no restrictions on access as night worker so around all day as required. old wood floor underneath so treatment/prep as required to accomm new floor.
