Job description:My daughter has just moved into a recently-refurbished house, which had horrid carpet! She's removed it from downstairs, so now wants the floors sanded as soon as possible. I feel it's too big a job to diy, so would like prices for the sanding - both rooms are about 12ft square. The boards seem in fairly good condition, although there's a big gap between them and the (newly replaced) skirting. Thanks.
