Job description:House is typical 1900s Bedminster terrace. Wooden floor (exposed boards) has sunk in corner of hallway due to crumbled supports and joist. Make good by replacing/repairing supports and joist. Affected area is a couple of square metres. Not a large job but I lack the know-how !
