Job description:To fit underlay and laminate flooring to existing concrete sub floor. Lounge and dining room are each 3x3.8m2 and hallway is a narrow 1x6 approx. It is a Victorain terraced house so there are a couple of fireplaces to deal with and doorways and probably non-straight walls! Total approx area is 31m2. We have already bought the underlay (with integrated dpm) and laminate flooring but not the beading (as we'll need to retain existing skirting as likely to bring plaster off if removed) or the door thresholds. We need the work completed in next fortnight as have a baby due in 4 weeks and at a low cost as not a massive budget.
