I would like my oak flooring laid in my living room/dining room and then to run right into the h'way in Grangetown

Job description:2 rooms which have been knocked into almost one then the hallway. I am unsure if I need ply wood as the l'room/d'room are of floor boards but the hallway is on concrete I also would like the skirtin boards done too.
