Job description:The hallway consists of 3 areas of flooring (pine floorboard, tile, concrete) with a laminate flooring in situ. The task is to remove skirting, laminate boards and hardboard, level the floor with any necessary excavation or leveling then finally laying of parquet flooring using Mapei P990 or equivalent, sanding and sealing. The parquet is indivdual mahogany fingers that will be rough cleaned.
