Job description:Supply and installation of either laminate of engineered wood flooring to a hallway and dinning room area. The approximate area is 23m², although the area involved is quite irregular; the hallway has five doors leading off it and matt well, which I'd like retained; the dining room is part of a kitchen dinner with a bay window. I just require the dinning room part re-floored at this point. I will require all the skirting boards to be removed and reinstalled once the floor is laid and door frames undercut so that no gaps in the floor can be seen. I require 3 quotes for the work, which quote split into two for laminate and engineered work options.Each contractor is to arrange to visit my house to measure and ascertain the work content for themselves. Lastly, I need this work done by mid-April at the latest, as my wife is expecting our second child in mid-May.
