Need latex leveling compund in two living rooms, screeding possibly required. in Wainbody

Job description:Two living rooms, both with size of approx 3m x 4m. The existing floors are concrete and it looks like previous owners have used a leveling compound already, but it is not flat enough to put down my new laminate flooring. Both rooms have had chimneys removed, so this area in each room (approx 1m x 0.5m, and about 2 inches deep) may need screeding before leveling compound (though im not sure). Also need the laminate flooring in both rooms laying once the floor has been sorted out. We already have the laminate, it just needs fitting.
