Job description:We need a flooring specialist who can lay various floor types, wooden (Junckers) for 5 rooms, Karndean for 2 & 1/2 rooms . Wool carpet for 2 sets of stairs, landing and 3 further rooms. We would prefer one contrator who could do all floor types if possible. The rooms will be empty. The total area to be fitted is approx 175sqm, as several areas are already tiled. We have not yet purchased the flooring but were planning to do this ourselves unless the fitters were able to source the products for less than we can. The sub-floors are concrete, other than the stairs which are wood.
