Job description:I think the kitchen and extension floors are concrete and want these to be tiled with terracotta tiles that I'll supply - probably 30x30cm. This area is approx 24 sq metres. The downstairs bathroom is also concrete (I think). I want rubber tiles laid here (I'll provide). This is about 3 sq metres. The upstairs bathroom has floorboards (that squeak, so I'd like plywood or similar put down to reduce this). I want rubber tiles laid here (I'll provide). This area is about 5 sq metres.
